PRODUCT SALES

Our wet fractionation process will produce 9,500 metric tonnes per year of yellow pea protein isolate, yield 90% of the protein contained in yellow peas, with 85-90% purity and optimal functional and sensory properties, including colour, taste, texture, solubility and gellability. Our co-products include over 17,000 metric tonnes per year of high purity starch, with applications ranging from processed meat to glass noodles; 3,000 metric tonnes per year of processed fibre; and 4,400 metric tonnes of pea hull fibre, applicable in the baked food industry, gluten free formulations and growing segments including baby food and nutraceuticals applications.
